Your 20-minute consultation includes a patch test, which is required before any IPL hair removal treatment.

During your appointment, we’ll discuss your concerns, review any medication or health conditions that may affect your suitability for IPL, and explain how the treatment works. We’ll also guide you through preparation and aftercare, with time to answer your questions.

Payment & cancellation

The £10 consultation fee, including your patch test, is included in the overall cost of your treatment.

If your consultation takes place on a separate day, the £10 fee is payable at your consultation and counts towards your treatment cost. If your consultation and treatment take place on the same day, you’ll only pay for your treatment at the end of the appointment.

If you do not attend your treatment appointment, or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the £10 consultation fee will still apply.
