Bookings
Appointments requested through this website are booking requests. Your appointment is confirmed once Laser Lounge has contacted you. Appointment length depends on the treatment area and is confirmed at consultation.
Consultation and patch test
The 20-minute consultation and patch test costs £10, included in the overall cost of your treatment; if held on a separate day it is paid at the consultation and counts towards your treatment, and if you do not attend your treatment appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice the £10 still applies. Treatment may only proceed once a consultation and, where required, a patch test have been completed and you have been assessed as suitable.
Preparation and aftercare
You must follow the published treatment advice. If you have not been able to follow the guidance, please tell your therapist before treatment, as this may affect suitability or increase the risk of an adverse reaction.
Cancellations
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment so the time can be offered to someone else. Use the booking system or contact form to let us know.
Results
Results vary from person to person and depend on hair type, skin type, the area treated and completion of a full course. No specific outcome is guaranteed.
